The State Fair

We usually like to go to the State Fair on Labor Day, but this year it was too cold. So, we went on Tuesday instead, and we found out that's the day to go! It wasn't crowded at all, we were able to just walk up to booths and get the food we wanted, and could move around so much easier! I think that's when we'll go from now on!
Whitney got to go to the petting zoo and feed the goats. I was surprised that she wasn't scared on them!

Then I bought her some tickets to go on two rides. She loved the elephant ride!It went up and down, and she kept saying "higher, higher". She still talks about the elephant ride high up in the sky!

Mom and Whitney also got to ride the car train. It just went around in a track, but she thought she was steering. She sure had a good time, and got upset when the ride was over! But she felt better when we all stopped and had some fried dough with honey butter, yummy!
